Ranger Foundation Formation Timeline

· October 6, 2016 – CSPRA Members pass resolution at Annual Meeting in Morro Bay directing Board to establish a 501 (c)(3) charitable Ranger Foundation.

· February 15, 2017 – Ranger Foundation established as a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation with the California Secretary of State’s Office.

· July 20, 2017 - CSPRA Board appoints Directors for Ranger Foundation of Tom Bernardo, Mike Lynch, Ann Meneguzzi, Jeff Ohlfs, and Miles Standish.

· November 26, 2017 – Ranger Foundation Board of Directors meet for the first time and adopt Bylaws and elect officers.

· December 19, 2017 – Ranger Foundation launched new website.

· February 1, 2018 – Ranger Foundation granted charitable non-profit status with IRS and established "donation" capability.
